Plate · 01·About the Clinic
About Kenza.
Where exactly is Kenza Wellness Clinic?
We are at Suite 1205, 2nd Floor, HiLITE Business Park, Mini Bypass Road, Thondayad, Kozhikode — Kerala 673016. HiLITE Business Park is well known in the city. Take the lift to the 12th floor and follow signs to Suite 1205.
Is Kenza a registered clinic?
Yes. Kenza Wellness Clinic operates as KENZA WELLNESS LLP — a formally registered entity. We take the standard of care we provide as seriously as the legal structure we operate within.
Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?
Appointments are strongly preferred — they allow us to prepare for your consultation and give you the time your skin deserves. Walk-ins are accommodated when possible, but we cannot guarantee wait times without prior booking.
How do I contact Kenza to book?
The most direct route is through our JustDial listing, which also supports WhatsApp enquiry. You can also send us a message on Facebook at facebook.com/kenzaclinics — we respond within working hours. Visit our contact page for the full details.
Plate · 02·Treatments
About the treatments.
Do I need a dermatology consultation before a cosmetology treatment?
For most treatments, a brief skin assessment is included at the start of your first visit — even for facial or spa treatments. This allows us to adapt the protocol to your skin's current condition and flag any contraindications before we begin.
Is laser hair removal suitable for my skin type?
Our laser systems are calibrated for the range of skin tones most common in Kerala. A patch test and skin assessment are conducted before the first session to confirm parameters. We will not proceed with any treatment that is not safe for your specific skin type.
How many sessions will I need to see results?
It depends entirely on the treatment and your skin's response. Facials often show visible results after a single session. Chemical peels typically work best in a series of 3–6. Laser hair removal requires 6–8 sessions for lasting reduction. We will give you an honest, personalised timeline at your consultation — not a generic promise.
Are there treatments I should avoid during pregnancy?
Yes — several treatments including chemical peels, laser and certain injectables are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Please inform us at the time of booking. Our team will guide you to the treatments that are safe and beneficial for you during this period.
Plate · 03·Pricing & Packages
About pricing.
Why don't you publish fixed prices on the website?
Because the right treatment — and its cost — depends on your skin, not a fixed menu. A chemical peel for acne-prone skin at one depth is very different from one for pigmentation at another. We prefer to price honestly after a consultation rather than quote a rate that may not reflect what you actually need.
Are package deals available?
Yes — for treatments that work best in a series (laser hair removal, chemical peels, brightening protocols), packages are available and offer better value than per-session pricing. Ask at reception or enquire via WhatsApp for the current package rates.
Is there any consultation fee?
Contact us directly for consultation fee details — it varies depending on the type of assessment. In most cases, if you proceed with a treatment, the consultation cost is absorbed into the treatment price. We will always tell you the full cost before anything begins.
